Discovery files are generated, hosted and verified today, checked against your real catalogue rather than credited for merely existing - on Shopify in particular, where a platform default already answers these paths without naming what you sell, this is what turns that into a pass. Product schema injection needs platform-native delivery and ships with the platform app; it is not included yet.

On WooCommerce, custom stacks and Shopify, we deploy llms.txt, llms-full.txt and agents.md at your store's own root - on Shopify via a theme template we install with the access we already request. The UCP manifest is the one exception: Shopify exposes no override for /.well-known/ucp on any theme or account, so there we hand you the hosted URL directly, or deploy it at your root if Cloudflare fronts your domain.

Before you ask
- What exactly does the free scan check?
- 30 checks across five categories: discovery files such as llms.txt and agents.md, crawler access in robots.txt, product structured data, merchant data such as returns and shipping, and content depth. Every check returns the evidence we found and the fix.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. The scan reads only what is already public: your homepage, robots.txt, sitemap, a sample of product pages and your policy pages. There is no script, no app and no account.
- How long does a scan take?
- Usually 15 to 30 seconds. We fetch your homepage, six discovery files, your sitemap and up to 5 product pages, at a polite three requests in flight.
- What is included in the done for you package?
- We implement every failing check we can implement without redesigning your store: discovery files, structured data, robots.txt, Organization and FAQ schema. Then we rescan and hand over in writing. $800 flat for Shopify and WooCommerce stores up to 50 products. Larger catalogs and other platforms quoted before we start.
- What if my store is bigger than 50 products?
- Then it is quoted rather than flat, and the quote is fixed and agreed before any work starts. Tell us the platform and roughly how many products you have and we will price it. If you have already booked at $800 and the store turns out to be over scope, we agree the difference with you or refund you in full, before we touch anything.
- Which platforms do you support?
- The scan works on any store. The flat $800 done for you price covers Shopify and WooCommerce, which is where the work is most predictable. We have done Magento and custom stacks too; those are quoted first, because the effort genuinely varies and a flat price would be a guess.
- Will this help my Google ranking?
- That is not what it is for. Better structured data usually helps traditional search as a side effect, but the point here is being usable by agents that buy on a shopper behalf rather than ranking in a page of blue links.

The flat $800 covers the shape of job we can price with confidence. Past that the effort genuinely varies, and quoting a flat number we would then have to renegotiate would be worse for both of us.
More than 50 products
Titles and descriptions are written per product, so the catalog size is the work.
Magento, or a custom stack
Templates and deploy paths differ per build in a way Shopify and WooCommerce do not.
Anything unusual
Headless front ends, several storefronts on one catalog, a migration mid-flight.
The quote is fixed and agreed before any work starts, the same as the flat price: no hourly billing and no revision once we have begun. Tell us the platform and roughly how many products you have and we will come back with a number.
