Sextant Scan is a small UK company that measures whether AI shopping assistants can read an online store. It is built and run by Ramez, and a person reads everything that arrives here - there is no ticket queue and no bot answering first.

So we can acknowledge this and reply. Nothing else is done with it.

What happens next

You get an automatic acknowledgement immediately, so you have a record it arrived. A person then reads your message and replies, usually within two working days.

We keep the acknowledgement as the record that we replied. After 12 months your address is removed from it and what remains is that a message was acknowledged on that date. Your message is not stored in our database at all. It does pass through our email provider, Resend, which holds a copy of it and your address for 30 days before deleting it - so if you would rather we did not have something in writing, do not put it in writing here.
